Maya Fine

Incoming Associate, Boston Consulting Group

Maya (she/her) is a senior at the University of Southern California majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Consumer Behavior. After graduation, she will be entering the Boston Consulting Group Los Angeles Office as a full-time Associate. Before working at BCG last summer she interned at Viceroy Hotel Group in the Brand Identity Department working to open a new hotel collection in San Francisco. Currently, she is launching Wear Fine Apparel, a clothing company that partners with non-profits to create signature items supporting communities championing change. The brand makes US Made quality streetwear basics, with subtle designs that can be worn by anyone, anywhere.

Wendy Frank

Principal, Deloitte

Wendy (she/her), a principal at Deloitte & Touche LLP, is the Cyber 5G Leader in the Cyber & Strategic Risk practice of Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. She focuses on providing Cyber Risk services to Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry clients, and is also part of the Cyber Internet of Things (IoT) offering. As a leader in product innovation, technology, and cybersecurity, she has counseled senior leadership at Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, as well as government agencies for more than 25 years. She provides business-focused, results-oriented insights using her knowledge of products and technology, with a relentless focus on cybersecurity and privacy.

Prior to her role at Deloitte, Wendy was a principal at a large advisory organization in the TMT industry, servicing TMT clients as well as clients in the health care space. She also has experience in a variety of other industries including consumer products, retail, manufacturing, finance, education, media, government, construction, power & utilities, automotive, non-profit, and aviation. She founded and led 10 innovative cross-sector products throughout four different global platforms, all of which were related to security or cybersecurity. Additionally, she was the founder and leader of the Cybersecurity W2W (Woman to Woman) Group and the Strategic Technology W2W Group.

Wendy also served as the Chief Security Officer, Content Security Program Leader, and Acting Chief Information Officer of a trade association in the motion picture industry. In these roles, she was responsible for the organization’s global security program and the content security program of the six major movie studio members.

Crystal Martin

Software Developer & Consultant, Slalom

Crystal Martin (she/her) is a software developer and consultant at Slalom (@slalom), a co-organizer of the Strange Loop Conference, and a diversity in tech and business advocate. 

As a Detroit Public Schools graduate, Crystal is passionate about equal access to education at all levels. She started her career in teaching in St. Louis, Missouri as a 2010 Teach For America Corps Member and taught middle school math in St. Louis Public Schools for four years. After her time in the classroom, she wanted to explore a career that would allow her to bring together her love for creativity, science, and community — technology was just that.

Blair Troiano

Principal, PwC

Blair Troiano (she/her) is a leader in PwC’s Asset & Wealth Management Advisory (@lifeatpwc) practice in New York. =

Blair focuses on global asset management firms, assisting them in defining, developing and implementing their strategic plans and operational objectives. Blair has extensive experience improving and optimizing front, middle, and back office processes, internal controls, data management/quality, reporting (i.e., performance, regulatory, financial, management) capabilities and IT applications. She has designed a number of strategic sourcing and process efficiency efforts which have addressed organizational, process, data and IT strategic objectives and goals while targeting ROI and cost savings.
