Leadership Summit

USC OWN IT is a women's leadership summit designed to encourage young women at USC and in the Los Angeles community to be their best selves, while encouraging each other to do the same. It is our goal to bring successful and driven women from a variety of fields to our campus so that our attendees can connect with these role models, learn from their experiences, and develop skills to amplify their personal and professional success.
