She previously was the Executive Producer for auto site Edmunds and she spent 10 years as a senior producer at CNN. She is currently a full-time freelance journalist covering health and wellness, lifestyle, travel, automotive, and business content. She is also a certified yoga teacher.

Shereen Marisol Meraji is the co-host and senior producer of NPR's Code Switch the preeminent podcast about race, culture and identity in the U.S. She's worked in audio storytelling for nearly two decades and is an expert in the field.
