Erin Hanson

Artist Manager, Vector Management

Erin Hanson began her music industry career at The Recording Academy as the LA Chapter's GRAMMY U Rep, while still a student at USC. After graduating, she moved to Nashville and entered the world of artist management working in the country music space. She also has vast festival production experience, having worked on many of the major music festivals in the US, including the launch of the inaugural Pilgrimage Festival in Franklin, TN in 2015. Currently, Erin is an Artist Manager at Vector Management in Los Angeles, working with clients including Tom Morello, The Record Company, and Molly Tuttle. Her career is driven by her passion for the intersection of music and social change, which she tries to implement into all aspects of her work. She also serves as Vice-Chair of Events for Women In Music Los Angeles and as a Young Ambassador for MusiCares.


Bronte Jane

Director of A&R, Third Side Music

At age 25, Brontë Jane is likely the youngest woman existing as a VP of A&R in the industry. Acting as an integral creative voice at independent publisher Third Side Music, Brontë has signed a wide variety of artists, including BadBadNotGood, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Blonde Redhead, SOFI TUKKER, Helena Deland, and more. To-date, she has gained nods from the likes of Forbes, Billboard, Galore Magazine, Milk.xyz, Magnetic Magazine, and beyond. She has also done guest DJ sets for Dublab, Resonance Extra, N10.AS, and Pink Things Magazine.

Maria Ines Sanchez

Director, Marketing & Communications at AfinArte Music

As a resident of the music industry for the past 25 years, Maria Ines Sanchez has learned a handful of invaluable lessons and Industry insights. Under her current role as Director of Marketing and Communications for AfinArte Music - one of the leading independent Regional Mexican labels - Maria Ines develops and oversees all marketing and PR strategies for the company's roster which includes hit makers like El Fantasma, Voz de Mando, Kanales among others.

During her time at Polygram, Sony, Warner, Universal, Machete, D. Baron Media, The Sixth House, Del Records and now at AfinArte Music, the spirited Caribbean soul from Venezuela has been part of the marketing and PR teams who worked on tremendously successful campaigns for some of the most talented and popular artists in Latin Music, including Celia Cruz, Shakira, Ricky Martin, Juanes, Gloria Trevi, Don Omar, Chiquis Rivera,Wisin & Yandel, Luis Fonsi, David Bisbal, Ricardo Arjona, Gilberto Santa Rosa, JLO, Gerardo Ortiz, Voz de Mando, El Fantasma, among others. Maria has also worked with the PR teams of major award shows including La Musa Awards, Premios Billboard 2014, American Music Awards 2013-2014 as well as the BBMA 2014.
