Megan Kane

VP & Counsel, Endeavor

Megan Kane is Vice President and Counsel at global entertainment, sports and content company Endeavor. As a senior M&A lawyer in Endeavor’s corporate legal group, Megan has overseen the legal aspects of many of the company’s acquisitions and investments, including Miss Universe, Professional Bull Riders, 160over90, Frieze Art Fair, and MADE Fashion Week. Megan also advises across all of Endeavor’s businesses on matters of corporate governance, securities law compliance, financing, integration, and various corporate transactions. Prior to joining Endeavor, Megan was an M&A associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York.

After graduating from college at Harvard, Megan spent two years as an NBA dancer before moving on to law school. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two toddlers.


Jamie Lincenberg

Attorney, Weintraub Tobin

Jamie Lincenberg is an associate attorney in Weintraub Tobin’s entertainment department. Her practice is primarily focused in entertainment transactions and negotiations with an emphasis on motion picture, scripted and unscripted television, underlying rights, brand partnerships and digital media agreements. In addition, as part of her practice, Jamie represents talent and content creators in every stage of their entertainment industry endeavors, which includes building career paths that cross over multiple artistic mediums to allow for diversification in their respective careers.

Jamie is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Los Angeles after graduating from the University of Miami School of Law.


Cynthia Patton

Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, AMGEN

Cynthia M. Patton serves as a senior vice president and chief compliance officer, responsible for Amgen’s worldwide compliance and business ethics organization. Patton joined Amgen in 2005 and most recently was a vice president in the Amgen law department with responsibility for commercial legal activities in the United States. Prior to that position, she served as the lead commercial lawyer for both the oncology and inflammation business units. Before joining Amgen, she spent seven years as general counsel of SCAN Health Plan, a California Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). Prior to SCAN, Patton served as assistant general counsel of UniHealth.

She began her legal career at Atlanta-based Alston & Bird in 1986 and has worked at Los Angeles law firms specializing in healthcare corporate and securities law. Patton previously served as a board member of Watts Healthcare Corporation. She is a board member of the Eisner Pediatric and Family Medical Center. Patton received her Juris Doctor from George Washington University and her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College.
