Victoria Garrick is a former Division I and semi-pro volleyball player, TED Talk speaker, mental health advocate, and self-love enthusiast deeply passionate about inspiring, supporting, and motivating people from all walks of life.
In 2015, Victoria walked-on to the #1 ranked USC volleyball team where she became a four year starter. She won a Pac-12 championship, served two seasons as co-captain, and finished her career with the top five most digs in program history.
Despite a successful career on the surface, the high-pressure environment of collegiate athletics took a toll on her mental health. Victoria first began sharing her story of how she battled and overcame depression and anxiety in her 2017 TED Talk, "The Hidden Opponent," which has been viewed over 240,000 times. Victoria has been featured in The Players’ Tribune, USA Today College, and Popsugar magazine, amassing over 200,000 followers combined on her social media platforms where she’s known for her positive media campaign, #RealPost.
Victoria now tours the country sharing her experiences with mental health and body-image, while bringing this conversation to life weekly on her down to earth podcast, RealPod. Victoria’s infectious energy and passion for authenticity inspires, motivates, and empowers people to become their best selves.
