Dimple graduated from USC in 2019 with degrees in Neuroscience and Business Administration and has long been interested in how businesses could do well by doing good. After graduating, she moved home to Toronto to work in marketing at Benevity - a B corp who’s mission is to act as a catalyst to infuse goodness into the world by helping companies grow their corporate social responsibility programs.
During her time at USC she was the Executive Director of USC OWN IT in 2019 and an active member of the on-campus philanthropic organizations Troy Camp and Helenes. She also spent time serving as a student mentor for freshmen in the Marshall School of Business strengthening their leadership skills and learning about ethical business. Her hobbies include hiking, doing yoga and playing with her 2 year old golden retriever Simba.
Francesca Cavallo (@francescatherebel, she/her) is a two-times NYT Bestselling author, a serial entrepreneur, and an activist. She is the co-author of the global phenomenon "Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls," which sold more than 5 million copies and was translated into 48 languages.
Francesca Cavallo broke several crowdfunding records, launching some of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns in the history of publishing. In 2019, she parted ways with Rebel Girls to start Undercats, Inc. (@undercatsmedia) her second company. At Undercats, she works every day with her international team to radically increase diversity in children's media and to inspire families around the world to take action for equality.
Claire Coder (@clairecoderofficial, she/her) is the founder and CEO of Aunt Flow (@goauntflow). On a mission to make the world better for people with periods, Aunt Flow stocks hundreds of companies across the world with their 100% organic cotton tampons and pads. Coder launched her first company at age 16, designed a bag for Vera Bradley that sold out in 24 hours, and has her own line of GIFs. The 22-year-old founder has been featured in TeenVogue, Forbes, and starred in TLC’s Girl Starter Season 1. In 2019, Coder was recognized in the Social Entrepreneur category of Forbes 30 Under 30. When she is not jamming out to Macklemore, she is pretending like she knows how to run Google ads.
Cassie Fowler (she/her) is Chief People Officer at Pledge (@pledgeling), whose mission is to Power Generosity. Pledge is a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact, Conscious Capitalism, Pledge 1% and PledgeLA.
Prior to joining Pledge, Cassie spent 15 years building global programs to support international nonprofits and media networks, including Amnesty International, The Green Belt Movement International, Al Jazeera English and Bloomberg Africa. In these roles, Cassie pioneered the first corporate giving partnerships with companies such as Google and Pact.
Working hand-in-hand with 2004 Nobel Peace Laureate Dr. Wangari Maathai of Kenya and the Nobel Women’s Initiative, Cassie drove the launch of the Billion Trees Campaign in 2006 in partnership with the United Nations, which has planted over 13 billion trees to date.
