Shanique Bonelli-Moore

Executive Director of Inclusion, United Talent Agency

Shanique Bonelli-Moore (she/her) is Executive Director of Inclusion at leading global talent and entertainment company UTA, where she spearheads the company’s efforts to model inclusion for the industry—from hiring, retention and promotion practices to working with clients on championing powerful and representative storytelling.

Bonelli-Moore is the driving force behind UTA’s diversity, equity and inclusion work – including the company’s announcement of several commitments, actions and investments intended to drive permanent change. This includes making an industry-leading decision to significantly raise the pay of all assistants and entry-level employees, the donation of $1 million to social justice causes, unconscious bias training for all colleagues, and elevating senior leaders of color to the Board of Directors and Partnership.

Jenna Johnson

Head of Patagonia

Jenna Johnson (she/her) is the head of Patagonia, Inc., Patagonia’s (@patagonia) apparel and equipment business. Prior to this role she was Patagonia’s head of Technical Outdoor, a division of Patagonia, Inc.,
where she oversaw a product team responsible for nearly half of Patagonia’s annual revenue
and for upholding a legendary reputation of quality and excellence in the climbing, snow and
trail communities.

Jenna has cultivated an intuitive understanding of her global customers through a lifetime of dirtbag travel, rock climbing, trail sports and 20 years managing several respected outdoor brands. She has also worked to advance Patagonia’s mission to save our home planet, bringing environmental stewardship to the company’s technical innovation through product marketing, activism, promotion of ethical sports participation, and the expansion of representation and connections with outdoor communities.

With a career that spans over 40 years in fashion, retail management, customer experience, and human resources, she remains at the helm of cultivating and advancing FASHIONPHILE’s organization culture — talent development, supporting its inclusivity efforts and exponentially growing the team over the past six years.

Stephanie co-founded Her Campus Media in 2009 as an undergraduate at Harvard, and it has been completely bootstrapped and profitable since launch. She is an author of The Her Campus Guide to College Life and is an Innovation Fellow at Harvard.
