Marisa Kurtzman

Partner, Frederick Fisher & Partners; Architect, Iovine Young Hall USC

Marisa Kurtzman, Architect, LEED AP brings energy and focus to spearheading visioning, programming, planning, and concept design for Frederick Fisher and Partners, where she has been a Partner since 2019. A specialist in all client-facing relationships, she investigates and uncovers key qualities of an organization’s internal culture, and then translates those values and goals into design concepts that are distinctly expressive of their identities. Recent projects include USC’s Iovine and Young Hall and the Natural History Museum of LA County's West-South Expansion. As one of FF&P’s next generation partners, Marisa is a leading participant in shaping her firm's EDI initiatives, as well as its marketing efforts. She received her M.Arch from Yale and her B.A. from Wesleyan University. Outside of work, Marisa is active in the Association for Women in Architecture + Design.
